“When choosing an orange liqueur, the first thing I look for is the quality of ingredients,” says King. Additionally, paying attention to raw materials is key. “The most important thing to look for in an orange liqueur is the perfect balance between orange aroma and sweetness,” says Emanuele Balestra, area bars director at Le Majestic Hotel and Le Gray d’Albion in Cannes. If you’re looking for something dependable but not fancy, this is the way to go. This is a classic for a reason-it’s sweet but not overly so, and provides just the right amount of citrus flavor for any cocktail, from a Margarita to a Cosmopolitan. They just enjoy those games more than the new stuff. There are still a lot of people who play the 'Extreme Wrestling' games, which are about 15 years old and were the precursor to the TEW series that's now out. It's not just one or two people who believe that way about the new releases. I'd load up WMMA2 to check that theory, but of course I'm not able to play that anymore either. When I lost WMMA4, then got a snotty reply about it when I wrote something on the site, I decided I was never going to buy another title off the GDS site again. Over the years I must have bought 6 or 7 games directly from GDS's website, and I can no longer play any of them because like most computer users, I've switched e-mails a couple of times and changed PCs.
